Egehan

a developer, allegedly

I turn coffee into commits, and roughly 40% of those commits into messages that just say fix. I build things for the web, argue with computers professionally, and have never once written a regex on the first try.

## Stack

Technologies I use, ranked by how confidently I lie about them.

## Selected Work

Selected, because the rest is in a folder called old-final-v2-REAL.

A really fast website

Loads in under 200ms. Contains almost nothing. Correlation is not causation, but this time it is.

HTML · CSS · sheer nerve

Internal tool nobody asked for

Built in a weekend to avoid a task that would have taken twenty minutes. Now used by four people daily. No regrets.

TypeScript · SQLite · spite

The side project graveyard

Seventeen repositories, each with a beautiful README and zero features. The READMEs are genuinely excellent.

Markdown · optimism

A CLI with a progress bar

The progress bar is the whole product. The underlying task finished ages ago, but people find the bar reassuring.

Go · ANSI escape codes · theater

## FAQ

Are you a full-stack developer?

I am full-stack in the sense that I am equally uncertain at every layer.

Tabs or spaces?

Whatever the linter screams about the loudest. I have no principles, only pre-commit hooks.

Do you write tests?

Yes. Afterwards. In a panic. While the deploy is running.

What is your biggest weakness?

I say "it should be a quick fix" out loud, which summons a three-day debugging session. It is basically a curse.

Do you deploy on Fridays?

Only when I want the weekend to have a plot.

Can you fix my printer?

No. Nobody can. Make peace with it.
